Joan A. Kwatkoski age 90, of Toms River, passed away at Complete Care at the Arbors on Thursday, November 24, 2022. She was born in Newark, NJ on September 2, 1932.She is survived by her three brothers: John, William, and Joseph; her sister, Marie Brown; and many loving nieces and nephews.Cremation will be private under the direction of Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River, NJ 08755.
