Mr. Scarpati was a chef at Charlie's of Bay Head.
He is survived by his parents, Danny and Diane Scarpati of Toms River, his brother Michael and his wife Christina Scarpati and 2 nephews and a niece of Barnegat, his Grandmother Anne Muro of Lanoka Harbor and his Aunt Kelly and Uncle John Swensen of Lanoka Harbor.
Cremation was private and entrusted to Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River. A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2020 from 4 - 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
