KENNETH A., age 73, of Toms River, formerly of Philadelphia PA, passed away on February 26th, 2013, at his home in Toms River NJ. Kenneth was a retired Police Officer. He was predeceased by his brother, Donald. Surviving is his wife, Maria (Rupp) Biehl of 51 years; one son Frank Biehl and his wife Karen; 3 daughters Donna Heverly, Theresa Ebinger and her husband George, Audrey Moyer and her husband Rick; also surviving is one brother Frank Biehl and his wife Betty; 3 sisters Alice Herling, Marie Gray, and Nancy Quirple and her husband Edward; 11 grand-children and his beloved dog "Peaches".
Visiting will be Thursday, February 28th, 7 to 9 P.M., at ANDERSON & CAMPBELL FUNERAL HOME, 703 MAIN STREET, TOMS RIVER NJ, and Friday from 9:30 A.M. until Service at 11 A.M. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his name may be made to the Salvation Army.
