He later
lived in North Arlington, NJ and in Bushkill, PA, returning to Livingston in 1994.
He settled in Whiting in 2016.
Mr. Meyer was a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Bloomfield College, receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
He enjoyed fishing, and his family ran the Newark Sinker Co.
He was a taxi driver for Livingston Taxi for about fifteen years until he retired to Whiting.
He is survived by his wife, Elysa (nee Wrigley); two children, Evan and Erika; a grandson, Charles; and a brother, Gary Meyer of Nevada.
Services were private under the direction of Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River. A Celebration of Life service will be held from 3-5pm on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at the funeral home.
