Linda T. Bernardino

Linda T. Bernardino, 74, of Egg Harbor Township, passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at home. Born in Manila Philippines, she moved to the U.S. in 1968 and lived in Somerset for many years before moving to Egg Harbor Township in 2002. Linda was an Executive Payroll Administrator in Human Resources at AT&T in Bedminster and retired from Lucent in Basking Ridge in 2000 after over 20 years of dedicated service. She was a member of the Filipino American Association. Linda enjoyed reading, singing, playing tennis and mahjong, and was an avid Yankees fan.

She was predeceased by her parents Rafael and Rosa Tolentino; her sisters Rose Razon and Christina Aurora Tolentino. Surviving are her beloved husband and childhood sweetheart, Lee Bernardino; her loving children Vernon T. Bernardino and his wife Alexandra, Jan Sharina Reynolds and her husband Thomas, and Roselynne B. Johnson and her husband Arthur Jr.; two sisters Maria Tolentino and Teresita Hipolito and her husband Javier, one brother Rafael Tolentino Jr. and his wife Maristela; 13 nieces and nephews, and 5 cherished grandchildren Tyler Lee Markle, Kelly Lynn Markle, Ryan B. Johnson, Brandon T. Markle and Logan M. Johnson.

Visitation will be held from 2 -4 and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday, March 25, 2012, at Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St. Toms River. Visitation will also be held on Tuesday morning, March 27, 2012 at 9:45 a.m. at the funeral home until we leave for mass. The funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, March 27, 2012 at St. Barnabas Roman Catholic Church, 33 Woodland Rd., Bayville.
