Luis D. Williams

Luis Donald Williams, the son of the late Lauretta Mosley, departed this life on December 17,2014 in Ocean Medical Center, Brick, New Jersey at 1:40 pm with his daughters by his side. He is preceded in death by siblings Frank J. Williams Sr., sister-in-law, Patricia R Green Williams, and Delema Mosley. As well as his loved and cherished friend Theresa Mora.

He was born on February 5, 1964 in Slaughter Neck, Delaware. He was educated at Slaughter Neck Elementary as well as Lakewood High School.

On March 21 1991, he was joined in holy wedlock to Carmen Cagle of Lakewood, New Jersey. Of this union was born three daughters Raven Williams, Rachel Williams and Racquel Williams.

Luis worked for many years at Cary Insulation in Jackson, New Jersey. After leaving Cary Insulation he went on to work at Kimball Medical Center in Lakewood, New Jersey for over ten years. In his spare time, he enjoyed maintaining his fish tank, listening to music, grilling and spending time with his family.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories wife Carmen R. Williams Lakewood, N.J., one son and three daughters, Edward A. Williams of Maine, Raven Williams, Orlando, Florida, Rachel L. Williams, Lakewood, N.J., Racquel R. Williams. Two Nephews Frank J. Williams Jr. and Roosevelt S. Williams Sr., Slaughter Neck, Delaware, and two grandchildren Zi'aire D. Joyner and Zi'meera D. Joyner, Orlando, Florida.

A private cremation was entrusted to Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services.

Memorial services will be held on Monday, December 22, 2014 at 11:00 am at Bethel AME Church, 18 South Clifton Avenue, Lakewood, NJ.
