Marie Impal

Marie Impal, age 76, of Manahawkin, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family Thursday, July 18, 2013 at home. Born and raised in Jersey City, Marie lived in Wood-Ridge, before coming to Manahawkin in 2003. Marie was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Family meant everything to her. Surviving are her husband of 53 years, Sydney; her children: Donna Atchley, Seattle, WA, Glenn Impal and his wife Marianne, Doylestown, PA and Diane Stavalo and her husband Domenick, Lanoka Harbor. She is also survived by four loving grandchildren: Rene, Nicole, Julia and Gina. A funeral Mass to celebrate Marie’s life will be held Monday, July 22, 2013, 11:00 AM at St. Pius R.C. Church, 300 Lacey Rd. Forked River. After a private cremation, Marie will be laid to rest at Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Mem. Cemetery, Wrightstown.
