Marilyn O'Kelly

Marilyn O’Kelly, 95, of the Silver Ridge Park West section of Berkeley Township passed away on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at home. Born in Queens, NY, she lived in Brooklyn for many years before settling in Toms River in 2000.

Mrs. O’Kelly was an Accounts Payable manager for Macy’s in Herald Square, New York for over twenty years before retiring in 1991.

She was predeceased by her husband James in 1997, her daughter, Tara Solt, and her brother, William Rausch. She is survived by her son, James O’Kelly and his wife MaryAnn of Toms River, her daughter, Eyleen OKelly Willow and her husband James of Florida; four grandchildren, Michael O’Kelly, Davina Przybyski, Thomas Megna, and Kristian Megna; and five great-grandchildren, Nevaeh, Alex, Elijah, Noah and Evan.

Visitation will be Sunday, April 11, 2021 from 2-4 and 7-9 at Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River. Funeral service will be Monday at 12 noon at the funeral home, followed by entombment at Ocean County Memorial Park.

Due to COVID restrictions, masks are required at all times upon entering and attending services in the funeral home. We ask that you also social distance while paying your respects to the family.
