Born in Toms River, he was a lifelong area resident.
Paul enjoyed music, watching DVDs, classic TV, and word searches.
Like all of the Castellanos, he was an avid reader.
He was predeceased by his mother, Norma, in 1999.
Surviving is his father, Joseph of Bayville; his siblings, Theresa of Bayville, Thomas of Atlantic City, Joseph of California, Robert of San Francisco, Daniel of Hawaii, and Susan of Toms River.
Cremation was private under the direction of Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River.
A celebration, honoring Paul, will be held on November 20, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Artisans Italian Restaurant, Toms River.
