Sarah was an optician by trade and loved travel, watch scary movies and spend time with her children.
She is survived by her loving husband, Charlie Purks; her four beautiful children, Chloe age 19, Quinn age 10, Owen age 8 and Paisley age 4; her mother, Jan Chadwick; stepfather, John Chadwick; and father, Wayne Normandin.
A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 from 4 pm to 7 pm at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Rt. 37 West, Toms River, NJ 08755.
Flowers may be sent to Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services for noon on the date of the service.
