On October 19, 2016 Sean Guthrie was called home to heaven. Sean graduated from Toms River South High School and was attending West Virginia University where he studied Industrial Engineering. He was a proud member of the Kappa Alpha Order and a student representative to the Greek Council at WVU. Sean held summer jobs at both the Miracle Pub in Toms River and the New Natural Gas Company, Wall Twp. He is survived by his loving parents Daniel and Michelle Guthrie of Toms River, and his beautiful sister Taylor that looked up to him, his Grandmothers Alice Guthrie of Manchester, Carole Dittus of Berkeley, William and Janice Dittus of Sebastian, Fl. Many aunts and uncles and their children; Kelley Kemp of Stuart, Fl., Timothy and Donna Guthrie of Toms River, Christopher and Debbie Guthrie of Jackson, Michael and Kate Schaeffer of Howell, Glen and Linda Courtney of West Long Branch, Tracey DeCesare of Point Pleasant and Michael Dittus of Sebastian, Fl. Sean’s final act of kindness was to donate his organs in order help others in need.
