It is with profound sadness that the family of William Scott Spencer announces his passing on Monday, November 16, 2020. William better known as “Scott” Spencer a loving husband, father and grandfather passed away at age 73 at home surrounded by his loving wife Roseanne, daughter Roxanne and her husband Darrin, his son Robert and his wife Nadya, and his Grandchildren Nicholas, Anthony and Adrianna.
He was born January 19, 1947 the son of Edward and Eula Spencer
Scott served in The United States Army.
Devoted husband, father and grandfather.
Scott worked in construction for over 50 years. He was a legend in his field.
There was a private service.
