He has gone to rest with his parents, Charles and Violet, his brother Ronald, and his son Charles Fortunat.
He will be forever remembered as a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend. He will also be remembered for the beautiful wooded property and home he cherished, the Al‑Paquo; for his love of travelling—especially to Florida each winter; for his passion for golfing, cheering on the Leafs and the Blue Jays, and listening to 50s rock and roll; and, of course, for his delight in finding a good deal.
