Suddenly at his Toronto home in his 51st year.

He will be sadly missed by

his loving mother Margaret Jensen (nee Cantwell)

and his stepfather Ray,

his father Dave Lewis and stepmother Linda,

sisters Heather and Karen,

nieces Cheyenne, Nicole,

nephews Kyle and Dylan.

Visitation from 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 29th

at the GIFFEN-MACK FUNERAL HOME

& CREMATION CENTRE, 2570 Danforth Ave.,

(at Main St. subway station), 416-698-3121,

until time of memorial service in the chapel at 11 a.m.

When I come to the end of the road
