Passed away peacefully at Mt. Sinai Hospital on Tuesday, April 14, 2015. Born in Toronto on July 15, 1956. Beloved wife of Raymond Buchanan, dear stepmother of Ryan and Jennifer (Peter), cherished daughter of Freda and the late Gordon McFadden of Nobleton, ON, loving sister of Carol (Jim), Michael (Leslie), Teresa, Patrick (Heather), Thomas and Jill (Jeff); dear aunt of Brian (predeceased), Shannon, Jennine, Lauren, Hayleigh, Erin and John Henry; she will be missed by many other relatives and friends. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the caring staff of Mt. Sinai Hospital. Friends may call at Jerrett Funeral Home 1141 St. Clair Ave. W., Toronto on Thursday April 16 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm and 7:00 – 9:00 pm. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church 100 McTaggart Drive, Nobleton (west of Hwy 27) on Saturday, April 18 at 11:00 am. Urn interment to follow at Nobleton Community Cemetery 13164 Hwy 27 (enter from Wilsen Road). Donations may be made in Anne’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society.
