Archontoula Choremiotis

She was born in Meligalas, Messinia (Greece) on March 7, 1933. She was loving daughter of parents Anastasios and Aggeliki and siblings Vasiliki, Maria, Giorgos and Christos.

She emigrated to Canada in 1965 and was wed to her husband Vasilios in 1966. Her brothers, sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews were an integral part of her extended family in Canada that she always cherished.

She leaves behind her daughter Athanasia, son Pantelis, son-in law Elias and daughter-in law Eleni. She will always be loved grandmother to Ioanna, Ioannis and Maria.

Her life was marked with an unwavering dedication to her family, always putting her children’s well-being above all else. Her spirit and guidance helped shape their lives and her legacy will forever remain in their hearts. She will be deeply missed by all family and friends.

A visitation will be held at Jerrett Funeral Homes, located at 660 Kennedy Road, Toronto, ON, M1K2B5, on January 21, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

The funeral service will take place at St John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church at 1385 Warden Ave., Toronto, ON, M1R 2S3, on January 22, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.

A Burial will follow at Pine Hills Cemetery and Funeral Centre, 625 Birchmount Rd, Toronto, ON, M1K 1R1, on January 22, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm.
