Passed away peacefully with family by his side on Friday, January 22, 2016 at the age of 55. Loving husband of Kim. Proud father of Lyndsey and Brian. Cherished son of Audrey and the late Derrick. Chris will be greatly missed by his family and his many friends. Visitation will take place at JERRETT FUNERAL HOME, 660 Kennedy Rd., Scarborough on Thursday, January 28, 2016 from 3 to 5 p.m. followed by a Funeral Service in the Chapel at 5 p.m. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations in Memory of Chris may be made to Sunnybrook Odette Cancer Centre.
