Cynthia Darlene Duce

On Monday, December 5, 2022 Cynthia Darlene Duce, preferably known as Cindy, passed away at age fifty-seven. Daughter of George and Darlene Wilcox (both predeceased). Loving mother to both Katie and Justin Duce (Teresa), and grandmother to Abigail Shaver-Duce (10) and William Shaver-Duce (6). She was a homemaker and a local volunteer within the community, Cindy dedicated her life to making sure her family, friends and community members, were always taken care of in times of need, she loved helping others and making people smile.

Cindy loved to socialize and was well known in the neighborhood, she enjoyed cooking for people, especially around the holidays, and helping out with family parties and local community events. Some of her favorite activities included visiting amusement parks with her favorite ride being the tilt-a-whirl, in summer you could often find her at swimming pools cooling off from the heat, or on the dance floor listening to some of her favorite bands, she also loved sitting down to lunch at the local buffet with her family and friends.

Cindy was a most caring person who often put the needs of others before her own. A memorial service will be held at Giffen-Mack funeral home at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2023. In lieu of flowers, a donation to helping charities focused towards helping animals in need would be greatly appreciated.
