Mama, you are the kindest, strongest and most loving  person  we have ever met. We  are beyond grateful to everything that you have done to us. We learned a lot from you. What a great milestone to have your beloved mother with you all these years.
I remember her  as being  gracious and kind.
Although this incident is almost 50 years ago I can still hear her voice.
We were sitting in the kitchen having coffee and there was no sugar or cream on the table and I went to get up and get it.
Your mother placed her hand on mine and stopped me.
She informed me that it was not a man's place to do such a thing but for the women to wait on the men !!!!
 I can still see the glare Anna gave her mother.
May she rest in peace.

Dear Enzo, Joan,  Anna Pia, Ivano and families,
Please accept out sincerest condolences for the loss of your mother, grandmother and great grandmother.  Tilde was a wonderful friend to our parents and she will me missed.  I have fond memories of walking over to her house with "something or other" that my mother needed delivered.  I enjoyed sharing stories with her and she always had a ready smile  (and treat).  Tilde will be missed.
Due to circumstances out of our control, we could not attend the funeral home with my dad (Luigi Rovazzi) but I promised I would send a condolence note.

I’d like to extend my sincere condolences for the loss of your mom Domitilla - “Tilda”. 

When my parents first came to Canada from Pordenone, Friuli they became friends with your family as so many new immigrants did - they made new friends with “paesani” that became their immigrant families. I remember as small child with my older sister Ornella going to your home and my mom Silvana and your mom chatting away in the kitchen having coffee while we played. Your mom was so warm and welcoming to us - she was such a pretty, kind lady.  

My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time - may she RIP. 

We, the caregivers of mama call her "mamamia or mama" because for us she was our second mother. And she treated us too like her daughters. We will miss you mama. 😘 

She always receives flowers on Valentine's Day from her son Enzo.

With great affection we think back to Tilde, a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother whom we had the pleasure of knowing, who with heart welcomed us into her home and whose memory will always remain with us.

We will always remember the wonderful birthday dinners and Easter brunches we enjoyed with Domatilla and the Deluca family. Domatilla had a warm smile and always kind words to say to us and our children.
