It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Elsie Jane Robinson (Corrick) on Saturday, December 29, 2018 in Pickering, Ontario at the age of 87. Elsie was born to the late James and Elsie Corrick in Toronto. Beloved wife of the late Henry Robinson. Loving mother of Ron Robinson; Wendy (Bob) Allen; Cheryl (Mike) Maroney; Kevin (Mary) Robinson; and Grant Robinson. Devoted Grandmother to Michele, Tyler, Brandon, Justin, Dylan, and Sarah. Great Grandmother to Taliyah, Liana, Joziah, and Anthony. Sister, Aunt, and friend to many.
Elsie worked at Ryerson Press and then became a full time homemaker. Elsie was one of 13 children and surviving her is Florence, Whitney, Marlene, and Doris. Elsie loved to fish, garden, read, and loved watching her grandchildren play hockey, baseball, and lacrosse.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough from 3 – 7 PM on Friday, January 4th, 2019. A private Funeral Service will be held at a later date after cremation.
