I can't possibly put into words how to describe my sorrow, so instead I will touch on some of the wonderful memories I had with you. I had the pleasure of calling you my mother in law for the last 13 years. Morning coffees were a pleasure, and afternoon coffee was a delight. You were a woman who never asked for much, and who loved your family with all your heart and it showed. I'm gonna miss your manja and your chicken soup and all the times you told me about your life in Canada and your job at the factory. I know that story off by heart and I never got sick of you sharing it with me because you just wanted company to chat. I'll miss you always wanting to examine the seams of any new clothes I would buy and your compliments of "so beautiful" . Matter of fact I can still hear you say it in my mind. May you rest in eternal peace. I'm so sorry you had to go, but I know you are sitting and having your coffee and blueberry muffin with your loving husband. I miss and love you dearly.

Baba ❤️

I will always remember the times we had together.
From eating fresh veggies from your garden, eating Cori and having macoroni races with dedo, baking all the delicious Macedonian cookies and the best pizza EVER and eating many bowls of Manja with family at the kitchen table!
Thank you for letting Amy, Melissa and I run through the house laughing and always being so loud and creating the most ruckus!
Letting the cousins and Peter sing random songs about “Babooshka” while you laugh and pretend to get mad!
Always making sure we didn’t walk around the house (even in the summer) with no socks on by running upstairs to give us wooly socks.
Thank you for bringing out our Macedonian culture and embracing it even when I would just put all the Macedonian words I knew in once sentence!
I will always cherish the summer we spent in Macedonia getting to meet your family and getting to see where you came from and our heritage!

You will forever be missed!

Rest In Peace Baba - You now get to spend your days relaxing with Dedo!

Love your granddaughter,
Ashley ❤️

I remember like it was just yesterday I was running around your house and in the garden, picking cherries from the cherry tree in the backyard with you and dedo or helping you roll dough in the kitchen for many desserts you would always bake for us. I always aspired to cook like you because you made it seem so effortless and easy, even though you would spend hours cooking and baking for the family.

Thank you for teaching Ashley and I about our Macedonian culture and being so proud of us everytime we would speak a bit of Macedonian to you. I am thankful that both you and dedo moved to Canada with my mom because my life would have been completely different and I wouldnt be the person I am today. I will always cherish our travel memories in Macedonia and at Disney as a kid.

Bog da prosti Baba.

Love Always

Your granddaughter Amy

Linda and I have many fond memories of both Fanka and Vangel from our days living right next door in the 90s.
Even after we moved away, when I would stop by to get my computer fixed by Tommy or for an insurance matter with Fanka, she would always smile and remember me. She would often speak of her children and grand-children with fondness and pride.
When I last saw her about a year ago, she didn't remember me, which saddened me, but she still smiled and I knew she was still the same person inside.
She's in a better place now and reunited with Vangel (Angelo, as I would call him).
Our heartfelt condolences to Tommy, Peter, Julie, and their families.

As a little boy living in Baba’s house or visiting during winter break, I would wake up everyday and see her enjoying a blueberry muffin with coffee on the front porch. Every morning, it was like clockwork. I always loved sitting with her outside and spending time with her all the time. Some of my youngest and favorite memories were going to Tim Horton’s to get a huge box of Timbits and going to No Frills with her all the time to get some of my favorite snacks and ingredients for legendary meals she made for lunch and dinner.
