Giulia Muto

Giulia is now reunited in heaven with her beloved Husband, Emilio, her parents, Sisters Suora Imelda and Maria, her Brother Antonio, Her many brother and sister in-laws and many loved ones.

She leaves behind her three sons, Michael (Sandra), Francesco and Tony (Vita). May she be the guardian angel to her adoring grandchildren, Adam (Christina), Andrew, Davide and Giancarlo and her great-grandchildren, Ava and Lia.

Giulia's life was filled with love for her Husband, her family, her many friends, and those whose lives she touched. Giulia was always willing to help those in need, whether for food or care. She was always there for anyone.

Giulia Mazzulla was born June 4th, 1930 in San Fili, Cosenza, Italy. Her parents Francesco Mazzulla and Francesca Mazzuca.

Emilio came to Canada in 1957 and in the following year 1958 Giulia followed and they were married in August of 1958 to begin their life in Canada together.

Giulia’s bond with God and the Catholic Church began at a very young age. Her mentor, older Sister Suora Imelda Mazzulla, dedicated her life to caring for the young with nurturing, food and education that instilled these values in Giulia that she carried with her for her whole life.

She will be dearly missed and remembered by her remaining Sister Emilia, all her nieces and nephews, her extended Downsview neighborhood family, and extended family in Canada, The United States and in Italy.
