To the family of Gordon Bennett.
Gord will always be remembered at Progress Career Planning Institute. www.pcpi.ca for his dedication as a Board Member for 14 years.  The staff and Board will honor him with a plaque on Thursday, September 17, 2015.

I am terribly saddened to hear of Gordon's death. I was honoured to know Gordon through Rotary and to work with him for all things related to "Service Above Self." I will miss him greatly as a friend, a colleague, and as someone who made many a Rotary event (and I suspect all occasions) brighter with his quick smile and gracious presence.

To Gordon's family, we were so saddened to hear that Gord had passed.  I had the pleasure of spending time with Gord while he was with the Newf Rescue.  It was a joy to see how much he loved the Newfs, he was a gift to all the dogs and families he has support.  He will be truly missed by all.

My condolences to Gord's family on his passing.  Gord was a dedicated Board member at PCPI for many, many years.  So dedicated,  that while he was sick would ask me to connect him on a conference call so he would not miss the meeting.  I will miss him.

I was so sorry to hear about Gord's death.  He was such an upbeat and jovial person.  I had the pleasure about being his financial advisor for over 12 years.  Besides discussing business matters, we would talk about his dogs and cats.  He dearly loved his precious Newfoundlander and I know that both I and his doggy companion will miss him dearly.  My most heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family at this very sad time.

Words cannot express the sadness I feel knowing that Gord is no longer with us. He was a committed and supportive board member at PCPI until his passing. Gord was an individual of strength who I would call on for guidance whenever I needed to resolve an issue. He was alway reasuring and a pleasure to work with. We will miss him and at the board table and his laughs that were so refreshing. The Board and Staff sends their deepest sympathy to his family for their loss.

I was saddened to learn that our good friend Gord had passed away.  Over the years, I had the pleasure of working with Gord in many of his Rotary roles.  Always willing to lend a hand, always in good spirits, it was a true pleasure to work with him.  Gord will be missed.  At this time, my thoughts are with his family.

 I was so sorry to hear about Gord's illness and passing. Gord became a board member when i was president of PCPI. He was always so supportive and pleasant ..always willing to help in some way. Although i have not seen him since I left that role,  i know he continued to be a Board member and believed in the important work that PCPI did.

My thoughts are with you all as you walk this difficult path.  I always enjoyed seeing Gord when he and Alf came to visit Diane & Joe here in N.C.  We had fun on the golf course a few times, too!  He was a kind and thoughtful man, and know that he will be greatly missed.

Gord was great to work with. He was so approachable and fun to work together.

To Gord's family and friends please accept my deepest sympathies on the loss of a wonderful man. I knew Gord  briefly through a few business dealings and through his work on the Board of PCPI. I remember him as kind and respectful and always willing to lend a hand. We shared some good laughs over coffee on a number of occasions. He was a man of integrity and honesty. He will be missed.

Another good man has passed.  "Gordie" as we in the Gregory family all knew him was an amazing man.  Full of laughter, kind words and a great big smile and hug for us all every time we saw him.  Gord has been like a Brother to my Dad, Ed Gregory (Eddy) and has continued to be a good friend through all of Dad's crazy path over the past few years.  We, my Brothers and I will all miss him dearly. I will not be able to make the service on Saturday but please know my thoughts and prayers will be with you all. Please accept our most sincerest condolences on the passing of Gord. He was a great friend and a devout Rotarian. We will miss him at our meetings.

Losing a parent, a father-in-law, a Grandpa is never easy.  Gord will be truly missed.  Gord was a very dedicated Rotarian and as such a valued member of the Willowdale Rotary Club and friend. Unfortunately I will not be able to attend his funeral service.  Sincerely,

Please accept my sincerest condolences on the passing of your dear Father.  My late husband, Gord Sanford,  was a past president of the Willowdale Rotary Club hence I knew your Dad through meeting him at many social events with the Club.  He was a wonderful gentleman and always made me feel most welcome when I attended various functions after my husband's passing.    With deepest regrets I will be unable to attend the visitation or funeral because of prior commitments.  Please know that you will be in my thoughts and prayers.
