So sorry to hear about Uncle Rees, such a lovely man who will be sadly missed.
We fondly remember our stay with Uncle Rees in 1995, he was so warm and welcoming and made our visit to Canada a holiday we will never forget.
Our thoughts are with you at this very difficult time.

Dearest Sian and Genrys,
We are so sorry and shocked to hear the sad news about uncle Rees.As you know we have very fond memories of your visits to Rhos-on-sea when we were little (back in the 70's). As little children we felt very fortunate to have older cousins who lived in Canada, who always made an effort to visit us in Wales and the fact that uncle Rees spoke welsh to us, as if had never lived away, always amazed us.We also remember auntie Nora's excellent organisational skills (and humour) as she always managed to get us to line up to wash our hands before supper - a discipline that our mum (Margaret) was always impressed by, as we never seemed to do the same when it was just us! 
Dad and Mum(Glyn and Margaret) talked at lengths about the wonderful time and welcome they had when they stayed with Rees and Nora in Canada.
Fond memories that will stay with us all.

Dear Genrys and Sian, I am very sad to hear about your father. Howell was a very good friend to me when we were in the choir in Toronto. I am sure that you all will miss him very much, and remember him always.

Please accept my heartfelt condolences. For 10 years Howell was my immediate boss. I remember fondly not only the times at GBC, but also the luncheon meetings after our retirement. Dear Family of Howell,
It is with sadness that we learned of our neighbour, Howell's passing......moving from his earthly home across the roadway from us.....to his everlasting, heavenly home to be re-united with his late wife. We will miss his daily smiling waves, and "Hello there" words as we saw him on his front porch.
We regret that we were unaware of his association with Dewi Sant Welsh United Church, since we also were VERY familiar with Rev. Wyn Williams (as he was our previous minister at another church)......we could have shared some special recollections!
Be gentle with yourselves at this sad time, finding solace in past fond memories.
