Mrs. Jane Walker Block

Cherished daughter of Sandy Walker and the late John Walker. Beloved wife and best friend of Martin for 41 years. Devoted mother to Peter (Jaye), Michael (Stefanie), and Andrew (Jennifer) and the proud Grammie of Sofie and Cameron. Loving sister of Nancy Walker and dear aunt to Jamie Walker.

Jane was passionate about music, cross-country skiing, gardening, travel, and literature. She was a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and a long-time employee of Coca-Cola. Jane began every day with a sense of determination and a resolve to love and enjoy life. She enriched the lives of all those around her.

Visitation will be on Thursday, October 9, 2014 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at “Trull North Toronto” Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 2704 Yonge Street, Toronto (5 blocks south of Lawrence Avenue). A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at St. John’s York Mills Anglican Church, 19 Don Ridge Drive, Toronto.
