Passed away suddenly on November 21, 2014, at the age of 68, in Toronto. Beloved partner of Linda. Loving father of Cory (Lissa) and Tania (Tony). Proud grandfather of C.J., Matteo and Halo. Sam will be greatly missed by many relatives and friends.
