On Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at Fudger House in Toronto. Loving husband of the late Margaret and dear father of Joan, Tony, Annette (Ken), Frank, Mary Lou (Ted), Jackie (Nathan), Kathy (Colleen) and Michael. Fondly missed by his brother Bobby (Marguerite), his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and extended family members and friends. Decorated veteran of WWII. Friends may visit at the Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home & Chapel, 467 Sherbourne St (South of Wellesley), on Sunday, August 5 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and Monday, August 6 from 2-4 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 520 Sherbourne St, on Tuesday, August 7 at 10 a.m. Interment to be held Friday, August 10 at 1 p.m. at Mount Hope Cemetery. The family wishes to express their appreciation to the staff at Fudger House and Care-on-Call staff for the kindness and care extended to Joseph. Flowers gratefully declined and donations to Our Lady of Lourdes Church would be appreciated by the Gfroerer family.
