This is the only family photo that we ever took and I can really see the resemblance between myself and my father. In good times and bad, I always knew that I could pick up the phone and call my dad and it hurts my heart to know that I cannot do that anymore.  I miss you pops!!!

I couldn't have asked for a better grandpa. Your jokes always lit up the room, filling it with laughter. Our car rides and downtown toronto adventures are unforgettable. I will remember the memories of our trips to the park and our visits at your house, watching tv shows and playing games. Every visit, you would share the story of how I got my nickname, dodie, and that was so special to me. Your presence made every moment with you truly special, we all love you and miss you so much, until we meet again grampy 🩷

I wanted to say that I will always remember Ken Sr for how funny he was. I remember many time where he made me laugh. Like when we were downtown Toronto and he was trying to run people over and their faces as they jumped out of the way.  I remember smoking with him and him hogging it, him making jokes about how cold I must be when we visited him in the park in my belly tops. He always knew how to enjoy things to the fullest. I’ll also remember the way his face lit up when mom asked if he wanted ice cream. He got so happy and excited. He always chose chocolate. The way he loved stewie and always worried about him. The way that even though he wasn’t related to me by blood he quickly became my grandfather and always treated me like I was. The way he cared for Keira and Klara and asked about them every time I was there. He had a beautiful heart, and he will forever be in all our hearts. Rest in peace, we all know you’re watching over us. We love you.

I will forever remember the days we spent together, love dodie. 🩷

You honestly touched my soul Ken! I miss the car rides, laughs and strolls with you each day. Somedays were harder than others as you use to say, the pain in my ass. Missing the calls to run over food, bring my scooter or just a call showing you needed our company. I really wish I had made it o sit with you and laugh one last time. 
I am really happy to know you’re not in pain anymore however.  You’ll forever be loved and missed! 
Your granddaughter’s will always have a lasting memory of you, and I will make sure to keep your memories alive with them.
