Luciana Goulart Peixoto

Luciana was born on May 17, 1969, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and passed away on February 14, 2025, in Toronto, Ontario, at the age of 55.

Luciana was a beautiful soul with a radiant heart, whose kindness, strength, and determination touched all who knew her. A true fighter, she faced life’s challenges with grace and courage. She was devoted to her family, her love for them unwavering, and her spirit will live on in the memories she leaves behind.

Daughter to Jose Goulart and late Maria Odette Da Silva.

Beloved sister of Bill (Ana) and Joe.

Loving mother of Catherine, Luanna, Christopher and Lukas.

Cherished Grandmother to Shyianna, Catianna, Bravon, Neyvon and Marcelo.

She will be missed by her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Luciana’s legacy is one of love, resilience, and deep connection. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Visitation will be held on Friday February 21, 2025 from 10am-12pm at the Jerrett Funeral Home- St. Clair Chapel, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W.

Cremation to follow privately.
