Marcia Ruth McDowell

Marcia was born in Portland Jamaica. She paved a life for herself in England and fell in love with Toronto, Ontario, while on vacation in the late 80's. Marcia worked in the hotel business and raised a beautiful family. Leaving behind a legacy of love and warmth. Loving Wife to Lloyd Blake. Marcia was a devoted mother to Son Michael Webley, Daughter Semone Webley and Son Greg McDowell. Loving Sister to Grace McDowell and Carlton Humes. Cherished Grandmother to Davia, Channel, Makayla, Chad, Angelea and Sahara whose lives she touched with kindness and care. Marcia's connection to her church was unwavering, and she found solace and purpose in her faith. She actively participated in church activities, always lending a helping hand to those in need. Her presence in the church community will be deeply missed., A woman of grace and style, Marcia had a true passions for fashion. Her impeccable sense of dressing and flair for design made her a source of inspiration for many. She radiated elegance and brought beauty to those around her. As we remember and celebrate the life of Marcia Ruth, we are reminded of her enduring love for her family, her unwavering faith and her vibrant sense of style.
