For the past 39 years I have had the honour to be raised alongside Aunt Marg.  I was blessed to have grown up with three very important and supportive people in my life, my mom, my dad and Aunt Marg.  I am very fortunate, one of very few, who is raised and grows up receiving triple the love and support.  
The time we spent together as a child through sleepovers, steak suppers, doing laundry, greetings coming up the street with a treat, more often than not a KitKat bar, and watching movies will never be forgotten.  We shared family traditions, celebrations and of course the jokes.  
I thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent on your last Birthday in May.  Dinner and dessert, and good conversation, just the two of us, like old times.  I was looking forward to spending more time with you.  This time we spent together will hold a special place in my heart.
Aunt Marg always asked about Darcy, Meghan, Madelyn, Laila, and Mr. and Mrs. Cummins.  She loved Darcy's red beard and of course Madelyn's red hair, it reminded her of herself and her family.  Aunt Marg thoroughly enjoyed Meghan's drawn pictures in cards and their conversations.  And of course, Laila, the family dog, I need not say more.
Aunt Marg was a big part of our lives and will be dearly missed.  
You will always be remembered and never forgotten, the stories and memories will be passed on and carried by Meghan and Madelyn.  
“I love You Aunt.” I'd say.  
“How much?” you'd say.  
“Too much!” I'd reply.  
Here's one more kiss for you Aunt Marg.

Aunt Marg was a very close member of our family. We shared a lot of laughs, stories and good times and we are now left with great memories. She will be sadly missed but always remembered in our hearts.

I was deeply sadden to hear the news of your passing. You will always have a special place in my heart and the secrets we shared will always be with you now.
My fondest memories was making you laugh with my jokes, you always asked me to tell another. You loved listening and telling me yours. We would laugh for hours even if it wasn't funny. Your laugh will not be forgotten.
And I can't forget the kisses, you wouldn't let me go until you got one even if it was on the phone.
Finally I remember the night we danced the evening away at Tanya's wedding. You will always be my special dance partner. Times I will not forget.

Aunt Marg,
Because of the distance between us, we never got to spend much time together. But the few times we did it turned out to be something very special and those times will never be erased from my memory. You were a strong, caring and loving woman. Headstrong on times as all the Russell's are known to be... (Lol!)
I loved you to pieces and I hope you knew that. When we spoke on the phone you would always have a joke waiting to try to get me laughing. And we'd laugh and laugh and laugh! Upon ending our phone conversations, you would always make sure that I told you I loved you and you'd get me to blow a kiss to you through the phone. Well, here's one more kiss for you to take to Heaven!
God love you Aunt Marg,,, you will be dearly missed!

Aunt Margaret, we didn't get a chance to say our last goodbye. If we had we would have laughed about the fond memories we share. The memories we will forever hold deep in our hearts. Aunt Margaret you had a sincere and compassionate love of animals. With a gentleness and kindness only you could show. Those that knew you best will keep you in their hearts and remember you with a smile and a tear. The ones we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day, unseen, unheard but always loved. Goodbye Aunt Margaret, may you rest in peace.

Dear Barb, Russ, Tanya, Jamie & Families and the Russell family,

We were deeply saddened, heartbroken, and shocked to hear of the passing of our dear friend, Marg.  
Marg was a very kind and generous person to all. She loved to laugh. We have many wonderful memories of our friendship and life in Toronto over the years. She was a good and faithful friend.

Marg had a strong love and empathy for animals, especially dogs and cats. She gave her cats a wonderful life! She dearly loved our now deceased dog, Sailor who returned that love. Marg especially enjoyed Sailor during her last visit with us in Nfld. 

She will be missed.

Marg's sense of humour made her unique and there was nothing she enjoyed more then laughter. We are going to miss her loving, giving nature and wonderful humour. I was so saddened to hear about Aunt Margaret's passing. She always looked out for my dad after my mom passed and spent many hours keeping him company with long phone conversations. I know she is with him again now and the conversations can continue. Aunt Margaret was a strong believer in equal rights and was not afraid to strongly state her opinions. She was true to her beliefs. Even though I didn't see you often as the years have gone on I will always have fond memories of your visits. You will be dearly missed Aunt Margaret. I was truly saddened to hear of Aunt Margaret's passing. She was a kind hearted and loving person and I know she always held a special place for me in her heart as in mine. It's sad the distance between us didn't allow us to spend more time together in person but I dearly loved her visits home to Newfoundland. my favourite cousin i will miss her dearly she sure love to laugh and taught so much of my family and all her own family.  so sorry i didn,t visit her much in toronto but taught of her and loved her. last time saw heer aunt marges funeral who me and her loved alot too may she rest in peace favourite cousin
