Last night I made a video and projected it onto the wall at Nonnas house and watched it with friends and family.

A butterfly flew by the screen at 10:40 at night and we all just melted💕

I first met Mark in Junior Kindergarten at St. Dorothy's when he went to school with my son Ryan. Through the years he was part of a very special group of friends.  When Ryan died at the age of 17, he and some friends went to Florida and purchased a stone which was placed at Disney World as Ryan never got the chance. The years went by and when he visited with his family they were informed that the stones had been removed. Always kind and thoughtful, Mark purchased a similar memento  and  gave it to me to keep forever. The inscription reads "Ryan McDowell, always loved, never forgotten - October 22 2019." To echo those words, 'Mark you will always be loved and never forgotten. ' Anna McDowell (Borg) and daughters Heather, Colleen, Kristy.

Mark, there are so many years and so many memories.  Whether sitting on the Masseygrove curb for nights on end, proudly standing up at your wedding, or sitting in your living room catching up on everything with Lisamarie and I, you have always been a part of my life.  Imagining a world without you doesn’t make sense.  I will miss seeing you, hearing your laugh, and witnessing your bond with Lisamarie, Mila and Minnie too.  I will miss the ease I always felt with you.  No matter how much time went between visits or chats, it always felt like no time had passed.  We just picked up.  I loved how open our conversations were and how the three of us just were together.  Your friendship will be remembered, your name will be spoken and you will always be missed.  

I wish you peace and safe passage, and I wish you a beautiful reunion with your dear mom.  Until we meet again my love goes with you.
