Mavis Anna Gomes

Passed away peacefully on Saturday November 5th, 2011 in her 90th years. Beloved wife of the late Thomas. Loving mother of Clarence and Vern (Jana). She will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Abby and Jeremy. Dear sister of the late Doris and Fred. Mavis will be deeply missed by her extended family and her many friends. Mavis enjoyed many years at National Life Insurance and devoted many hours at Queen Street Mental Health Inst. and Sunnybrook Veteran's Wing.

Friends may call at the TRULL "NORTH TORONTO" FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE 2704 Yonge Street (5 blocks south of Lawrence Ave.) on Thursday from 7 - 9 pm. A funeral mass will be held on Friday at BLESSED SACRAMENT CHURCH (2 blocks south of Lawrence Ave.) at 11:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
