Michel Fortier, Age 63, passed away in Toronto on December 23, 2024. Michel is survived by his mother, Gaetane (Desjardins) Fortier and his father, Claude Fortier, his sisters Claire Fortier, Rosanne Fortier (Peter Collins) and his brother Marc Fortier (Debbie), along with his nieces and his nephews. Michel is predeceased by his older brother, Daniel Fortier, and his younger sister Francine Fortier. Michel was born and raised in Cornwall. A free spirit, his family and friends fondly remember him for his keen interest in sports, music, and his sense of humour. We are grateful for the love and joy our brother Mike brought into our lives. He will be fondly remembered and never forgotten. Donations in his honour can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
