We had the privilege and pleasure of knowing Michele and were saddened by her passing. She would brighten our day when we sat down to share breakfast or dinner with her. She had a quick wit and a ready smile. Her many friends at NHT will miss her and we know she was well loved by you all. Michele with Michele de Gonzague & Maureen Hoare Lafleur — the organizing committee of St Pat’s class of ‘62 reunion…what a wonderful time was had by all…still and always remember her wonderful laugh, the school memories from grade 1 all the way up to graduation.   She will be missed.   Thank you Michele.  Rest in peace.

Dear Josée, Paul, Petra and Madison, I am very sorry I can’t be there with you on Friday to honor Michèle, a truly wonderful person and to celebrate a life that touched so many of us. 
I first met Michèle in January 2020. It didn’t take long for us to become friends.
Our time together wasn’t filled with grand adventures, but instead with something much more meaningful—simple, shared moments. We ate our meals together at the New Horizon’s Tower, and over those meals, we shared countless stories. Through those conversations, I came to know her warm heart, her humor, and her wisdom.
One of the ways I could give back, was by helping her with her computer and other technical things. She might have joked about how much she needed my technical help, but I think she appreciated my technical expertise, and I certainly appreciated the chance to be there for her.
Michèle had a way of bringing people together, and her presence always made things feel brighter. Though she is no longer with us, her kindness and the memories we shared will stay in my heart forever.
Rest in peace, my dear friend. I miss breakfast with you, but I will carry your memory with me always.

Josée, Paul, Madison, Petra - Michele was a special friend for 55 years. She and Tom were our engineering buddies. Every occasion together was warmed by her wonderful, infectious laughter and brilliant smile. We have long missed Tom, and now will miss Michele.
The comfort we take from this is that she is now reunited with Tom.
Our condolences to you and your family, and best wishes for peaceful acceptance of her passing.
