When a cure was not to be.

You do not deserve what you went through,

And so He gave you rest.

For He only takes the best.

Surrounded by his dear wife, family and friends, God called Paolo peacefully on Sunday, June 7th, 2015. Loving husband to Grace and devoted father to Emilia and Chiara; beloved son of Maria and Emilio, treasured brother to Flora and the late Joey; dear brother-in-law to Bill, Palma and Sandro, Mike and Vincenzina and Steve; cherished son-in-law to Bernardo and Maria; loving grandson of the late Giueseppe and Florinda Perazzelli and the late Paolo and Giuseppina Ricci; nephew to Nicola and Maria Ricci and cousin to Paoletto (of Italy). He will forever be held dear as Zio Paul in the hearts of his niece and nephews, Julia, Ben, Joseph, Antonio and Liam. Paolo will always be remembered fondly by all who knew and loved him; especially for all the everlasting memories created with Angelo, Randy and the rest of the Briag and other special friends and colleagues.

Paolo was a wonderful husband and beamed with pride and love for his beautiful girls. Family was everything to him and it showed through his indomitable courage and strength as he overcame many arduous challenges. A man of integrity and a fearless spirit, he was a fighter until the very end.

Paolo was a talented businessman, greatly respected landlord and dedicated sports fan who touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed. He will remain in our hearts forever.
