Peacefully passed away in his 95th year on Sunday October 31, 2010. Predeceased by his wife Hilda, brother Jack, granddaughter Cathy and son-in-law Don Cribar. Loving father of Bob (Norma), Marilyn Cribar (Bob) and Ken (Mary Lou). Fondly remembered by his brother Norm Ward, 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Philip will be held in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Philip was a Veteran of the 48th Highlanders and Royal Canadian Legion #345.
Family and friends may visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough (between Eglinton and St. Clair Aves. E.) on Tuesday November 2, 2010 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will take place Wednesday November 3, 2010 at 1pm in the Jerrett Funeral Home Chapel. Philip will be laid to rest at the Pine Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer you donating to Schizophrenia Society of Ontario in memory of Philip.
