Rafael was a family man full of love. Every encounter he had was an encounter full of joy, happiness and love. We will remember him for his love for the Blue Jays and Raptors, his love for music, a cold Heineken and his love for enjoying life. We know that he would want everyone to be inspired by the way he lived his life, full of love and joy.
He will be forever remembered, loved and missed by all of his family and friends in Canada and in the Dominican Republic.
Family and friends may visit at the Delmoro Funeral Home, 61 Beverly Hills Dr., (near Wilson and Jane) on Sunday, March 8, 2026 from 4:30pm-8:00pm.
