God called Rita peacefully on November 10th, 2021 at the age of 85. She will be forever missed by her loving husband of 60 years, Paolo Cuni. Cherished by her dear children, Sam (Rita) and Joanne (Seb). She was an extremely proud Nonna to GianPaolo (Julia), Michael (Shania), Luca, Juliana and Matteo. Rita will be held dear in the hearts of her brothers and sisters, her family, relatives, and many friends. If so desired, donations in memory of Rita may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Visitations will take place at Jerrett Funeral Home on Sunday, November 14th, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 6:00 p.m. Upon arrival at the Funeral Home you will be kindly ask record your name and phone number for contact tracing purposes and provide proof of double vaccination in order to attend the visitation.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, November 15th, 2021 at 12:30 p.m. at St. Lawrence The Martyr Catholic Church at 2210 Lawrence Avenue East, Scarborough, ON
M1P 2P9.
A private Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Mausoleum.
