Robert was a good guy with a good heart that has a lot of energy.

He was a good friend and will be missed by everyone.

It was sad to hear the news of his passing, he is in a better place with no more pain.

I had known Robert for many years; my wife knew him a few years  less. We both saw him for what he was - a good, gentle soul. We shared many laughs over the years, and will always remember him fondly. May he rest in peace.

We are so sorry to hear the heart breaking news of Robert passing away. The many times we visited Canada, Robert was always kind and caring. We have many fond memories of him. We enjoyed his company very much! Let you all, we will miss him dearly!

I am so saddened to hear of Robert's passing, he was such a lovely and sweet man who I would look forward to seeing at all our family events. He had a heart of gold and never a negative or mean thing to say, but always there to help out with whatever was needed - we will miss him so much.

Robert became part of our lives some 45 years ago. We shared many wonderful happy times together, whether it was golfing, dinners, cottage weekends, social events. Robert was always a kind person who liked to laugh and enjoyed the strong friendships that remained to the sad day we heard he was no longer with us. I personally feel very saddened by his passing, and hope his close family isn’t in too much pain, and can be comforted in the knowledge that he meant a lot to us, his lifelong friends. I’ll miss you Robert very much.

I first met Robert in university, where he became a cherished part of our large group of friends. He was always a kind soul—willing to help, a great listener, and a presence we all valued deeply. We will miss Robert at our gatherings and always think of him fondly.

Rest in peace Robert. You were always a good man. We will miss you

Robert had been an active  board member for the Lem Si Ho Tong for a handful of decades.  He had been instrumental in maintaining the youth group to be active by being their president ever since he became a board member many years ago.    He had also assumed a key role as the scholarship president making sure all the deserved applicants receive their just rewards.  On top of that he took on the role of finance and accounting.   His selfless hard work had made a real difference for the Lem Si Ho Tong’s survival all these years.  I personally am very thankful for his tireless service and his immeasurable contributions to the Tong.   He will be sorely missed.  May he rest in peace.

It was with great sadness that I learnt about Robert’s death. He was such a nice person and I always enjoyed being in his company and always looked forward to seeing again. My deepest sympathies to the family.
