La lontananza negli anni non ha fatto altro che rafforzare l'amore di due sorelle; ed è grazie a quell'amore che si è creato un forte legame tra tutti noi familiari! 
Rosa, Rosetta come noi tutti la chiamiamo, è sempre stata una donna meravigliosa che ci ha permesso con i suoi racconti di vivere e gioire da qui i vostri momenti importanti!
Resta per noi il suo ricordo, delicato e meravigliso come lei, che custodiremo sempre dentro di noi, vivido e indelebile! Scriviamo con il cuore colmo di dispiacere per non essere lì con voi in questo momento di dolore!

The few times we met Rosa she was a very heart warming, loving woman. She will be missed dearly by everyone who new her.  R.I.P.

I had the great privilege of experiencing Rosa's expertise which was her culinary arts skill (food). I remember the first time I had dinner at Rosa's house and immediately I felt as if I was eating at a fancy restaurant on St. Clair. It was that evening that she told me her stories of working in the hospitality industry. Rosa had that beaming hospitality charisma that made you feel welcomed and at home in her house. She will be greatly missed but her spirit will live forever in our hearts.
