The angels sang on Thursday July 21, 2022 when Rose Signorile, 77 years old was embraced in the loving arms of our Heavenly Father. There to greet her were her parents Maria and Costanzo Petrella and family and friends who have gone before. Rose will be deeply missed by her loving husband of nearly 60 years, Ralph-who on that fateful day in St. Agnes Catholic Church returned her fallen button to her and fell in love instantly.
No words can describe the immense loss felt by her dedicated children Rockey (Patricia) and Diana (Sal) who remained by her side throughout. Time spent together was never enough. Rockey and Diana always felt her unconditional love, fierce protection, and unwavering support.
The gems in her crown were always her six grandchildren: Anthony, Alexander, Christian, Liana, Carmen, and Matthew. They loved, respected, and admired their beautiful and intelligent Nonna Rosa, and will remember her as the regal leader of the family. They will forever treasure the inspirational conversations, sleepovers, holiday dinners, and their first jobs at Quality Paint.
Rose will be greatly missed by her younger siblings Ines (George), Gina (Angelo), and Tony, as well as her sisters/brothers-in-law Luca (Laura), Melina (d.2011)(Stefano), Joe, and all of her neices and nephews.
Rose was a fearless entrepreneur and community staple of St. Clair Ave. W.for 50 years as the proud owner of Rose & Son Quality Paint, and a loyal board member of the St. Clair Gardens B.I.A. She ran her business with a firm and fair hand while treating her customers with warmth and respect.
We know that you will be our Guardian Angel, and we will never ever forget you or your beautiful smile.
We love you. Rest peacefully.
