Ruth Eleanor Rose

Retired Employee of Ivanhoe - Cambridge

Passed away at the Quinte Health Centre, Bancroft, Ontario on Wednesday September 4th, 2013.

Ruth Rose was born in Moncton, New Brunswick to her dear late parents Claude and Betty (Brown) Woodworth. Loved Grandaughter of the late Hazel Brown. She was the dearly loved wife of Gary Rose and step-mother to his sons Jeff and Tim and their families. Devoted sister of Jayne and treasured sister of Linda and their families. Loving Aunt Ruthie of Louis Picerno and his family. Cherished grandmother of Ashly and Aaron, Abigayle and Isabel. She fondly remembered her cat Ramona and will be sadly missed by her pets Rosie, Sunshine, Precious, Gizmo and Chloe.

A Memorial Reception will be held on Tuesday afternoon from 12 noon to 2 o'clock at the Trull Funeral Homme, 1111 Danforth Avenue (just west of Greenwood Avenue).

Floral tributes are gratefully declined. If desired, memorial donations to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Canadian Diabetes Association, MS Society, Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation, The Hospital for Sick Children or the Transplant Unit at the Toronto General Hospital would be appreciated.
