After a perfectly wonderful Christmas day and night Sally passed away suddenly yet peacefully on December 26th with her precious loved ones by her side. She shared a special bond with all who knew her, touched so many lives and will be missed by all who were lucky to have known her.
Sally was predeceased by Pete Cox (Bop) and Doris Gertrude Cox (Naki) and survived by her children Sandy Millar (Joanne), Pam Millar (Michelle), Geordie Millar, brother Michael Cox (Gayle), grandchildren Michael (Max) Millar and Kelty Millar, niece Susan Cox-Kikkajoon (Heikki), nephew Jamie Cox (Patty).
She was a proud, courageous, loving, generous, supportive, encouraging soul who would move heaven and earth to help those in need, especially her family.
She had a very quick wit and a killer sense of humour which brought smiles and laughter to all. We will miss her deeply but all of the memories and her spirit will be with us forever. The love and support of family and friends means so much to all of us and we want to send you all our deepest gratitude and affection for the many years of great loyal friendship, the greatest laughs and season after season of wonderful visits and family sharing.
We will be holding a celebration of her life at The Donalda Club, 12 Bushbury Drive, Toronto, M3A 2Z7 on Sunday, January 22nd from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m., with remarks at 3:00 p.m.
