Beloved daughter of Blandina Makkik and Greg Rogers. Loving sister of Colin Otak. Dearly missed by her aunts, uncles and many extended family members. Sheena will be forever remembered for her kind and gentle heart. She will be loved and missed by all of her family and friends.
One of Sheena’s great loves, was travelling around the world visiting many places including Mongolia, Russia and China, exploring those new places expanding her knowledge of the world. She has lived in Igloolik, Iqaluit, Gatineau, Ottawa and Toronto, all places that she was able to explore closer to her home. She loved to listen to the Backstreet Boys, loved everything Harry Potter and thoroughly enjoyed her time spent visiting the Harry Potter Movie Set in London, England.
Sheena, very proudly worked for the City of Toronto for 16 years.
In lieu of flowers, the family have requested donations in Memory of Sheena Marie Makkik be made to the Toronto Humane Society, to honour her love of cats and all animals.
