It is with an abundance of sadness that the Blake family announce the passing of Steadly Stoddard Blake Sr. He was born in Princes Town, Trinidad to Thelma and Stoddard Blake on Thursday October 31, 1940 and passed away peacefully at home in the early hours on Wednesday July 5, 2023. He was 83 years young and surrounded by his family at his bedside to ensure that he knew he was loved by us all and we would be ok.
Dad was a devoted husband to the love of his life Angela Ann Collins Blake. They knew each other for 63 years and were married and best friends for 53 of those years. He was a loving father who always encouraged his children to do our best and be our best. He is survived by his 2 daughters Steise and Stefanie Blake, his 2 sons Steadly Dion Jr and Adam Justin Blake, Desmond Blake (deceased) and his adoring granddaughter Ayssa Scipio. Treasured brother Bradley and sister-in-law Joan Blake, niece Tracey Blake and nephew Hayden Blake and sister Valerie Pierre. Beloved relative of the Giddings family who helped raise him (Chaguanas, Trinidad)
Dearest brother of Elsa Blake Pinder (deceased), Yvonne Blake (deceased), Janet Marcano, (deceased).
