The family of Victor Henry Lowe are saddened by the sudden passing of Victor. Victor lead a very simple life. He is survived by Stepmom Mimi and his siblings Vincent - deceased(Marie), Vern(Lenore), Virginia(Mike), Rosanne(Richard), Valerie (Andrew), Lynn(Kurt), stepson John and many nieces and nephews as well as grand nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the Parkdale Community Center and staff for the many years of support and friendship he received there.
