Passed away peacefully at La Salle Manor on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at age 84. Predeceased by his parents Austin and Mary (nee Fitzgerald), and siblings Brother Edward, F.S.C., Agnes, Gerard, Joseph, Frank and Redmond. Dear brother of Alice Heffernan (Vince), sisters-in-law Laverne, Audrey, Fern and Rita and numerous nieces and nephews. His many years of teaching included assignments in Toronto, Uxbridge, Montreal, Quebec City and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Visitation will take place at La Salle Manor, 61 Fairfax Crescent, Toronto on Friday, January 13th from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held in the Manor Chapel at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 14th, 2012. Interment Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
