“THAT’S HOW WE ROLL.â€
When Blaise said those words all his friends knew exactly what he
meant. It was time to enjoy life and each other. His young, “my gas tank is fullâ€, kind of life was cut tragically short this past Saturday. His friends and family will never be the same.
He lived 22 of his 26 years here in Redondo Beach learning to surf, play roller hockey, and to ride anything with wheels.
2 wheels, 4 wheels, all wheels from scooters and dirt bikes to cruising the sand dunes in Glamis on his Banshee. He went to every kind of race and car show he could and dreamed of being a cockpit jockey himself.
He turned that passion into his hobby and his work. He was restoring his beloved 69 Camaro and kept his pride and joy custom Harley shining. He worked for Dick Guldstrand, the Corvette racing legend, and spent
the last several years at Edelbrock in the R and D department. He was to begin a new job at BMW of Torrance this past Monday.
Blaise was a good son, a great friend, and was just shifting into a higher gear in his life. From all of his hundreds of friends and adoring family, Parents; Kathryn Hansen and JD, John O’Reilly and Marsha and sister Tallulah Hansen.
He will be remembered and terribly missed for the rest of all our lives.
