David was born in Dearborn, Michigan on October 2, 1951. He succumbed quickly to cancer and passed away while in the care of the Little Company of Mary in Torrance, California on April 11, 2019.
His parents Rocco and Olga (Napoleone) DelGrosso passed away in the 90s. He is survived by his older brother Richard and wife Lisa, aunt Ann Napoleone, cousins John and Sharon (Orlando) Schaaf, Marty and Karen (Napoleone) Meech, Bill and Sue Napoleone and cousins in Italy.
He attended Thurston High School in Redford Michigan where he graduated in 1969. After completing his studies in the Wayne State University School of Business in Detroit, Michigan. he pursued work in audio and stereo sales. In the early 80s he moved to southern California for a new opportunity. He worked for many years for Digital Theater Sound while pursuing his love for music and performing solo and in bands. He was also an avid sports fan.
